Speaking at the annual RSA Conference on Wednesday (July 20) afternoon, Mr Shanmugam unveiled a four-point National Cybercrime Action Plan to tackle cybercrime, which will also focus on public education, enhancing the Government's capacity to fight cybercrime, and building partnerships with the industry and academia to tap their expertise.
